Welcome to Bellydance Jini – Classes 2009
Monday nights from 7pm to 9pm
$45 for 6 lessons
Term 1 - February 23d to March 30th
Term 2 - May 11th to June 15th
Term 3 - 3rd August to 7th September
Term 4 – 2nd November to 7th December
This is a beginners class that teaches the names of steps, how to dance them, you will learn a choreography that uses all these steps. Also there is an introduction to veil, sword, cane and poi as dancing props. There is also an introduction to costumes, and a video night showing many varying styles of dance and their music.
All in all a fun way to escape the house, the kids or the husband – or just to go out and enjoy yourself!!

Wednesday nights from 7:30pm to 9pm
$10 per lesson
Term 1 - 11th February to 15th April
Term 2 – 6th May to 1st July
Term 3 – 22 July to 23rd September
Term 4 - 14th October to 9th December
This is an intermediate class, building on the steps learnt in beginner classes. You will learn more choreography’s, more dance steps, and how to transition between steps. You will also have the chance to learn cane, veil. Sword/candle/balance, Cabaret and Cabaret Fusion.
This will be a good grounding to move onto more advanced classes. This will push you harder than a beginner classes, and will be more challenging. It will still be a fun class, and a good way to do exercise disguised as dancing!!
